Cash on delivery with receipt

How it works

You place the order. On the checkout page, select “Cash on delivery” and delivery with Econt within Bulgaria — no prepayment required.
You pay the courier. You pay the amount in cash when you receive the parcel.
You receive a cash receipt. The courier issues a cash receipt on behalf of AZIMUTH 6000 EOOD for the amount paid.

Till receipt issued in our company’s name

AZIMUTH 6000 Ltd has an agreement with Econt whereby the sums collected on cash on delivery are accounted for with a till receipt issued by the courier on our behalf. You receive it together with your parcel — this is your proof of payment.

Which courier issues which document

Econt — cash receipt. The courier issues a fiscal cash receipt on behalf of our company.
Speedy — postal money order receipt. The amount is transferred to the company’s bank account, and your document is the courier’s receipt. Details: postal money order receipt.

In both cases you pay only on receipt and you have a document for the amount paid. Keep it — especially if you have requested an invoice.

For businesses and accountants

Attach the cash receipt to the invoice — it is the document proving that payment has been made.
Record the invoice as paid in cash on the basis of the cash receipt.
The receipt is issued on behalf of AZIMUTH 6000 EOOD, even though it is handed to you by the courier.
An invoice is requested at checkout by ticking “I would like an invoice” — with company name, UIC, address and responsible person.
