Delivery and payment

Timeframe

We dispatch orders from our factory in Pomorie within 48 hours on working days. The courier will notify you once your parcel is on its way.

The shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the weight of the parcel and the courier and delivery method you choose — you see it before placing your order. Some products (the large sizes, for example) are only delivered by certain couriers — at checkout you will see which ones are available for your cart.

Payment methods

Card (Visa, Mastercard) and Google Pay — you pay when you place the order.
PayPal.
Cash on delivery — paid in cash to the courier on receipt, for deliveries with Econt and Speedy within Bulgaria. The courier charges a handling fee for cash on delivery. With Econt you receive a till receipt, with Speedy — a postal money transfer receipt.
Bank transfer — we dispatch once the payment has been received.

For delivery to a BOX NOW parcel locker and for deliveries abroad, the order is paid online.

Invoice

At checkout, tick “I would like an invoice” and fill in the company name, company registration number (EIK), address and the name of the authorised representative.
